A little background on who we are, and how we may be able to assist you.

Richard Neubauer, M.D. was internationally recognized as a pioneer in the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for a variety of neurological and related illnesses and disorders.

He remained active with research and clinical work throughout his career and was always willing to share his great knowledge and expertise with colleagues, patients and wider audiences. He derived enormous pleasure from seeing those around him harness and develop the ongoing evolution of HBOT from all points of the globe and introduced bi-annual symposiums to expand the knowledge base of HBOT.

Before Dr. Neubauer passed away, he asked that Dr. Donald L. Jolly-Gabriel, Director of Hyperbaric Treatment Center in Newport Beach, continue his work with the symposiums.  Later that year, after Dr. Neubauer passed away, the Richard A. Neubauer Research Institute is a 501c3 non-profit organization was set up to further the research, medical improvements and education in hyperbarics.

The most recent symposium was HBOT 2008, held in July of 2008.  DVD’s of the symposium (including CME credit) are available from http://ranri.org/DVD_Order.html.
